Henry Scholz, Senior Associate Broker, was named the top Associate at Hall Associates for 2010.
Henry's successful transactions for his clients in 2010 included several substantial multi-family sales as well as significant leasing transactions for the Commonwealth of Virginia through his partnership with CB Richard Ellis.

| October 2009. Henry Scholz with Hall Associates, Inc. in Roanoke, Virginia has been appointed to the 2010 Commercial Alliance Committee of the National Association of REALTORS. Scholz served as the Chairman of the Virginia Association of REALTORS Commercial Alliance in 2007. He currently serves on the 35 member Board of Directors of the Virginia Association of REALTORS which oversees the 33,000 REALTOR members in the Commonwealth. Scholz said that one of his goals at both the State and National level is to "increase the awareness of just how specialized commercial issues are and the skill set that is necessary to properly practice commercial real estate." He further states that Virginia is studying advocating for certification of commercial practitioners and that "seperate licensing requirements may be prudent to assure that the public is being served with the highest level of proficiency." | | Hide |

Henry Scholz, a Senior Associate Broker with Hall Associates, Inc. in Roanoke, Virginia, has been chosen by the City of Roanoke to market surplus property that it desires to sell or lease and to provide consulting services. The City of Roanoke is the largest urban center in Virginia west of Richmond. With a population of 94,000, the overall Metropolitian Statistical Area (MSA) encompasses over 295,000. Scholz says that "...it is an honor to be selected by the City of Roanoke and I look forward to working with City officials to maximize value of City assets." He further stated that he believes that the entire real estate brokerage community will be energized by the prospect of working with the City.
